About program T42

Program iT42 is a revolutionary way of doing business that returns 10% of every sale from Indonique back to the communities where our teas are picked through selected NGO's and a matching 10% to the non-profit organization that sells our products.

Introduction

Capitalism generates massive amounts of money and systems that alleviate suffering for so many in the user/consumer world. Unfortunately, producers, such as tea pickers, due to profit squeezing, become more and more disadvantaged. Supply chains, both isolate consumers from producers and encourage pricing pressures that ultimately have the most deleterious effect on the lowest level of the chain, the producers. The longer the supply line the greater the pricing pressure and the more damaging to producers.

Proposal

Indonique Tea & Chai is proposing that the producers, such as tea pickers in India, benefit from the more profitable retail end of the business they feed. 10% of every retail sale of Indonique Tea & Chai and 10% of every wholesale sale will be donated directly to fund programs in the communities where our teas are picked with transparent distribution through internationally recognized NGOs. These contributions are right off the top, not a percentage of profits.

Acquisition of products will be through radically reduced supply lines, often directly from Estate owners to consumers.

Product Distribution will be through community organizations such as schools, churches and other non-profit organizations, to reduce marketing and distribution costs. A matching 10% will be donated to these organizations.

Open accounting practices will provide full disclosure to all board members, to include participating NGOs and local non-profits.

Company Mandate

  1. For all products and purchased components, Identify Producers and Verify Collection & Distribution of Funds.
  2. Income derived from non-product related sales, such as advertising, must generate 10% donation to selected NGOs with funds used to affect Producer regions directly or indirectly.
  3. New Product acquisition must consider sustainability and ability to effectively distribute Producer funds.
Donation Priority

  1. Programs that enhance the lives of children, especially female children, the most neglected group in third world and developing countries, such a educational programs food, clothing and health initiatives.
  2. Programs that assist women, mothers in particular, the second most neglected group. These can also include health and education, as well as micro-loan programs.

Donation Schedule

All donations are made based on payment received.

Prices Quoted

Because Tea is a commodity that can experience extreme changes in value and since shipping charges also change dramatically, Indonique brand and Indowarehouse, LLC, (dba Indonique, Indonique Tea & Chai) reserves the right to change prices without notice.
