Instructions for Home Brewed Masala Chai
Combine into sauce pan:
1/2 Cup of Milk or Dairy Substitute
One Rounded Teaspoon of Indonique Masala Chai
Two heaping Teaspoons (or to taste) of Sugar or Sweetener
 
Bring to boil over high heat Milk and water will boil over. You must stay wih the pot!
 
Allow to cool, lower heat and boil again to darken (strengthen) Chai  
Pour through strainer into cups  
Use clean dry cloth to wipe tears generated by karmic experience.

Instructions for Commercial Brewer
Instructions for preparing 1.9 litres of fresh brewed Indonique Masala Chai in a commercial coffee/tea brewer.
 
Always use a Metal or Plastic steeping basket as paper filters may clog.
 
Hot Chai Recipe:
Empty entire contents of Indonique Chai blend into steeping basket (recommended) of commercial coffee brewer
Brew 1.9 liters of water through mixture into press pot
Steam full cup of milk or dairy substitute with sweetener
Top off cup of steamed milk with the brewed chai mix
 
Ratio is about half dairy to Indonique Chai brew
 
Iced Chai Recipe
 
Repeat steps 1 & 2 above with Indonique Masala Chai mix and refrigerate. Mix with equal amounts of milk or dairy substitute and sweetener. Pour over ice and serve.
